Global Partnerships summer summit series
Toronto Maple Leafs & Toronto Raptors
This fall we’ll welcome fans back as both Leafs and Raptors return to Toronto.

From connecting with the next generation to becoming active change agents in our spaces, join us and our Team Marketing Leads in a session that will spotlight our brand stories, marquee moments, and creative look and feel for both Leafs and Raptors brands.
CHANGE THE GAME RESEARCH:
WHAT NEEDS TO CHANGE SO THAT EVERYONE CAN PLAY
MLSE Foundation and the University of Toronto conducted Canada’s largest study on race and sport, engaging almost 7000 youth to understand play-related access, barriers, equity, and the impact ofCOVID-19. Amidst the provincial reopening, let’s listen to what youth and parents had to say about obstacles to participation, what keeps too many youth on the sidelines, and what an improved sport ecosystem means to them. In this session, we’ll unpack the data and showcase the key insights, stories, recommendations, and what’s next.
Generation Z: Our Most Influential Fans
This generation of young adults is unlike any Canada's ever seen. But don't get us wrong: physically and emotionally, these 13-25 years-olds are no different than we were in the 70s, 80s, 90s, or OOs. They're as fun-loving and emotionally volatile as young people always were. The difference lies in the internet and its impact on their minds and behaviours. In this session, we'll unpack that difference and show how sports and entertainment are a source of escapism and inspiration when everything else seems in flux.
