Other nominations-and there are dozens-are drawn and nominees awarded small prizes…Our Executives are there to congratulate the winners and say a few inspiring words. Winners have shown how they exemplify our Vision and Values, by going that extra mile to support our People, our Teams, our Community and our Fans.
At our Town Hall ceremony held each September, one of the 12 Players of the Month will be voted by their peers to be the year’s MVP…they receive some pretty great prizes and the entire company’s recognition…We also nominate our best "Rookie of the Year" (new employee) and Coach of the Year (our best leader), who are also recognized at our Town Hall.
Individuals and teams amongst our thousands of part-time crew are recognized and rewarded every day for soaring above the crowd.
