We have an excellent internship program at MLSE and during the seasons we have approximately 35 interns at all three of our locations and during the off season we have approximately 15 positions.

Our internships run from January-April, May-August, and September-December. Students must be available to work 5 days a week 8 hours a day. our internships are unpaid but students do receive a small weekly honourarium to cover food and travel costs while they are here.

Students must apply to each position separately. Candidates must go through a full interview process including a phone screen and face to face interview and complete a background check before they can be offered a placement.

Once the interns are on-board they go through an intern orientation at the beginning of each semester to provide them with MLSE policies and procedures and to also give them an opportunity to meet other interns. During the orientation we group interns together to work on an exciting, real-life business project during the semester, and be mentored by one of our expert MLSE managers! On the final week of their internship we conduct an exit interview with each intern to ensure we have met their goals and objectives.
